how true is this.. been thinking about what the lunch speaker talked about during the last day of poly forum.. what he said was very true.. altot many people has fallen asleep he still could made his speach so successful.. i was not a participant but a workeing staff there.. but what he say did made me think...

leadership is not a power but about the infulence you are able to give..

one guy who could stand up in class and say "hey i hate the class let all go out" and if people follow.. he is a leader.. although not of a good soul but he is stil able to influence people with his words.. but if no one follows.. he is still a leader.. a leader of himself.. everyone can be a leader.. depending on what you do... there is a saying.. in order to gain what you want, you usually have to give something of the same value... just like you want respect, u will have to give 1st.. you want success u have to work hard and towards it.. i believe it.. i believe what i do to others i will get it back... if i misstreat them they will do the same.. if i treat them good they will treat me good in return..

lastly.. i wanna advise to all.. if you happen to have migraine frequently.. please let me noe.. so we can share our views and see who will get stroke earlier..
