been swimming like everyday lately.. i hate it.. my lap timeing is droping again.. haiz.. if tis continue i am sure to fail my swim exams.. and guess what... after swimming for so mani days... i finalli reap the seed i sow.. i overstrain my calf muscles and now both leg.. let me repeat BOTH legs are like so pain now... this is how the stupid event happen.. i shuld fully blame myself and no others...

meet woonkait to swim.. as usual did warm up laps.. then sprinting.. toward the last lap of 8 in free-style.. i felt my right leg pulling.. the next ting i felt was the worse cramp i ever had in my swimming experience.. so i scull in the water trying to relax.. and the usual of treating for cramps.. then i though it was jus a normal cramp so i continue after awhile.. so i swim like say another 3-4 laps..then my left leg cramp.. i was like fuck la.. demn painful la.. so rested by the side of pool agn.. then it start to drizzle.. so we swim toward the lifeguard post where we left our stuffs.. and this is when shit happened.. both my leg cramp.. i call for help for the 1st time since i start life-saving... woonkait suddenly became the life-saver.. he jump in and pulled me out.. saved me... imagine both leg cramp at the same time.. tt feeling is demn "SHIOK" la.. i cried in the pool la.. its so pain can.. the intenst pain i felt was as if my leg was amputated on the spot and rubbed wif salt.. demn painfull... rested and went home.. i cant bloody swim anymore.. sucks la.. walking like a fucking duck now la.. every step i take it onli send pain to my body.. doc say its overstrain plus little bleeding... sian lo.. no more swimming for me? no way man... i must pass the lap timing.. haiz.. nuff said... now.. butterfactory and halloween party.. let the pics do the talking...
